Literature Analysis

“Literature analysis” sounds scary, but basically it means breaking down the text to understand its meaning.

I’m sure you’ve noticed all the sticky notes, highlighting, and notes in the margins of my texts. This is extremely important! I’ve analyzed and made notes on the parts of the text that I feel are important in understanding the author’s style and purpose. This is a necessary skill for English classes and really to help you interpret anything you read!
